The media_youtube uploads the image files to folder sites\default\files\media-youtube
The thumbnails end up in a folder video_thumbnail\public\images\video
The IMCE configuration is set to: Replace the existing file with the new one.
However, when a video_thumbnail is uploaded the orginal file name sometimes becomes appended with file_name_0.jpg or file_name_1.jpg
I would like the video_thumbnail file to be file_name.jpg.
I have deleted all files in the video_thumbnail\public\images\video folder and re-uploaded the thumbnails. Flushed the cache. But, I haven't be able to have all of the file names to be consistently file_name.jpg

IMCE configuration does not affect other modules' uploads. It's only applicable when you are using IMCE interface.
