img_assist.module: double-quotes in SQL breaks postgresql

The use of double-quotes SQL statements in img_assist.module makes postgresql angry. I've fixed this in my install with a simple search and replace, but I can't test if this breaks MySQL. Ask me if you want me to submit a patch.
