Adding media, but conditional deleting and editing

Hello,

I wonder if I can accomplish the following:

A role (editor) can create galleries and can also add, edit and delete media within these galleries.
The role (authenticated user) can add media to the galleries, but can only delete and/or edit their own submitted media.

Any chance within the module and/or with an additional module?

Such functionality would be essential for me to use it on many of my sites.
