We've put IP Login in place to manage subscribers to a publication. While the automatic login is working very consistently (using the link to login automatically) they are sometimes returned to /user, rather than the defined "subscriber" page.

If they click on the subscriber menu item, the permissions seem to be correct.

We just upgraded to 7.x.2.x-dev from the prior beta version, with no change in behaviour (it works fine most of time, for most users, and all of the ones who report that they're having a problem are being redirected to user).

Is anyone else having this happen?

I've personally not seen this happen in D6 or D7... Could it be another module is getting in the way and redirecting occasionally?

I'll leave this open in case others have any thoughts.

It's looking like the problem lieswith Organic Groups (obvious now that it's more likely an occasional hiccup with the permissions not being assigned properly). Thanks for the speedy response.
