Releases for quicktags

This release brings in the currently applied patches to a new dev release.
#191584 Applies trivial patch which places quicktags and quicktags plus in the same group on the modules page
#208894 fixes a problem where only the first letter of the text box title was showing.
#72753 Adds Item weight tag which I thought had been previously added to 5.3

This release fixes a bug reported at http://drupal.org/node/198326 which cures a fatal error "Undefined function theme_stylesheet_import". A related bug was introduced on that page which caused array to print repeatedly in the header. This patch fixes that.

Also adds order weighting to Quicktags and Quicktagsplus. (http://drupal.org/node/72753)

This release adds a contrib-module called quicktagsplus. The original core functionality remains virtually unchanged at this point.
quicktagsplus extends the original with Unorderedlists, Orderedlists, List-Item, Underline, Strike, h1, h2, h3, Superscript, Subscript, Break, Cite, Image, as well as Comment.

The 5.x developers release. It is tested and ready for 5.x, but needs a little more attention and love before it can be released as stable 5.x release.
