I created a new menu (pointing to the page) in the navigation menu and I then added menu items to it. However, the menu (parent menu) does not expand (to reveal the child menu items) when I click on it. The only work around is to check “Expanded” (for the parent menu) but this always shows it expanded. Help!

I don't think that this is a bug related to this module. Try deactivating it and I bet the behavior won't change. Otherwise, reopen this issue.
