Issue Summary
Seems to be a bug report - code haven't been changed.
When turning on the Field Permissions module and the permission of the field with type "Email" set as "Public (author and administrators can edit, everyone can view)" and with appearance type "Contact form", after clicking on the link to contact form on the page we get 404 page.
