Hi,

Right now it seems that on each page the QR Code is for site URL. How can I use it so that on each page the QR code is for the current page.

If you have the module Token installed/enabled you would have possibility to add i.e. [node-url] in the QR block's barcode text. However [node-url] only works on pages that are nodes but I guess you could use [current-page-url] for all pages including i.e. views pages.
