I'm trying to find out where you adjust the polls page that lists all Advanced Polls polls. I want to change the title of the page, how many polls are viewed by default, etc. I can't seem to find where I would edit this.

There is currently no way to do this without hacking core. The function being called is advpoll_page().

It might be a good idea to make it easier to theme that function.

I meant to say "without hacking the module". You also probably want to check out the views module, it's excellent for doing this kind of stuff (listing content).

This version of Advanced Poll is not supported anymore. The issue is closed for this reason.
Please upgrade to a supported version and feel free to reopen the issue on the new version if applicable.
