I get a lebel "field_vote" not "how usefull did you find this page, or the default "vote"

Is this with the latest dev? I'm pretty sure this issue is a dupe of #1432604: Error after update (Undefined variable: default_value) which was fixed not long ago.

Does someone mind testing?

Also please search the issue queue 1st, I can't answer every question that gets posted if they're all reporting the same issue ;-)
