Issue Summary
Right now the term list has a pager.
But if the list of terms if several pages long it is hard to find and edit for instance the tag "Running" starting with "R" - it might be on page 3 or on page 5.
Please add a filter (or an argument) to the list that lets the admin filters the terms by title.
For instance the user would be able to set it to 'Terms starting with...."R"'
