- Version: 6.x
- Date: 2011-November-30
- Security risk: Moderately critical
- Exploitable from: Remote
- Vulnerability: Cross Site Scripting
Description
The Support Timer module adds a javascript-based timer to the Support Ticketing System for tracking how long users are working on support tickets, as well as administrative reports.
The module does not properly sanitize user-supplied content, resulting in multiple Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerabilities.
This vulnerability is mitigated by the fact that an attacker must have a role with the permission "track time spent".
