Unclosed tag

Found a html element <em> not closed when status message is given. In this case when a user is given group admin status:

<div id="message"><div class="messages status">
User was promoted to <em> group administrator</a></div> 

Thus rendering the whole page to rendered with 'emphasis' bt browser.
