When viewing a gallery as an anonymous user, the jpg files in the tmp directory cannot be written (if they are not yet created by a logged in user). In the logs an "Access denied" error is visible.

Registered users can access the galleries (the tmp files are created on the fly as expected)

This problem started occuring since an upgrade to 6.x-4.0.
