Is it possible to change the order and put Sunday under saturday?

It uses the system wide first day of week , which you set here: admin/config/regional/settings .
I hope this is what you need.

Although is it possible to change it?

In our system we use.. Sunday as first day, but id prefer having monday for my hours. Maybe this should be an option in the field settings.

That would be nice. If you can, can you use/build upon (and test :-) ) the patch here, which already introduces field settings (but is broken, according to latest comments).

I would need to know whats not working in the other patch, since I wouldn't want to try create a patch with a non working patch.

The patch is working fine for me, but is outdated, according to this issue .
Latest patch is refreshed on 17-nov, latest dev is from 24-nov.
