How to forbid the user to delete values, but thus he can add?

I am too looking for this feature. I want authenticated users to create and edit fields but are unable to delete them, How can that be accomplished?

And I am looking for feature to let users add new values to Unlimited Fields but are unable to delete or edit existing ones. We all need some different options :)
