Any projected dates for when this distro will be released. Is there any way I can download and test it out?

Not sure if populist is being so quiet about it because of the talk he will be giving at drupalcon denver

but I hope it will be released soon. I am sure if its anything like all the projects from chapter 3 then it should be really good.
