Hi, Here are two questions in one request, please bare with me.

I have been fiddling with Image module, but i have many thousands of images and I think I need the acidfree features for mass uploading and galleries.

- However my site heavily relies on the category module. Is Acidfree compatible with category?

- I often have a imagename.jpg + an acssociated imagename.txt file with its caprtion, Can the caption file be mass uploaded with the image file and placed into the iamge body text?

OK, I deceided to try it out.

I installed Acidfree - without a glitch.
I created some nested albums - works like image galleries
I imported an image - the category section showed the right categories associated to my "image" node type, great!

Then I Tried a mass import - the txt files were ignored, and the categories section listed the required categories for the "video" content type rather than the required categories for the "image" content type - please fix this, otherwise I can only mass import videos, not images!!

Looking at an album - I see the images listed one under the other rather than in a grid. Why is that?

Please only do one problem per issue -- it makes things easier to track.

I am not sure, but I think your categories issue is a duplicate of http://drupal.org/node/136420

As for the mass import captions, I think you are the second person to express interest in such a thing. However, I am not ready to implement features like this yet -- I am more interested in fixing bugs, so I have marked this feature request as postponed.

In addition to the text file Im also looking to have a text field that users can manually enter a description to display with under the picture instead of the file name. If users dont enter a description then it mass upload piece would simple function as usual using the file name instead.
