The forward/$nid/email_ref URL does not work. Instead of being forwarded to the node page, it stays on the forward form page. It works fine on 4.7.3 but not on 5.1.

Sorry, my fault.
I used a theme_forward_email-hook of a 4.7.X Site and didn't notice the change of the tracking urls.
