Issue Summary
Hi,
As much as I could search about it, now one cannot have the exclussive use of the groups one creates.
Why not adding, in the group settings, the choice of letting others or not to insert their links in?

A workaround for my needs was Taxonomy Term Permissions Module.

I would say, then, that that module is your solution.
