Compatibility with "Multistep" module

When both the "Conditional Fields" and "Multistep" modules are used together, the following problem may arise:

When a field C is controlled by a field B on the same step which is itself controlled by a field A on a different (previous) step, then C is always shown, even if it should be hidden when B is hidden.
