I have a Drupal site I have managed for a few years....basically, I have about 1000 locations throughout our general city area....a person will click day, and quadrant location...but, many people from out of town have no idea of what quadrant they are in....so, is the a module whereas they could type in their local address and it would spit out a bunch of listings based on the optional circumference they choose?

I'm not sure I understand your question. But if you need a dynamic select-list then try:
