Group blocks going disabled when a cron runs

Issue Summary

Please,
Any idea on how weblinks group blocks (only, not the general blocks eg Web Links: My Links or Web Links: Random etc.), are automatically disabled everytime a cron runs (set using poormanscron or Plesk CP). This is not happening if I run cron manually.

Were you able to figure out where the problem was? We're running into a similar issue with another module in D7. Might be completely unrelated, but wanted to know if you were able to resolve this.
