Image Publishing usage help

I'm using the drupal 5 version that was posted recently and installed it with no problems and so far it looks great, just what I need. I've uploaded my first set of images using the Windows Photo Publishing Wizard thingy, mainly as a test to see how it works. You can see the galleries from my testing at www.maceiras-alentejo.co.uk/image

As a result I've got a few questions that I hope some of you can help me with.

1. Can images be renamed after they have been uploaded?
2. Is there a way of having more control over the ordering for the images. For example I'd rather not call my images photo01, photo02, etc but would rather have something like view01, view02, kitchen01, kitchen02, bedroom01, bedroom02 and I'd then like to be able to play about the the order that they are displayed within the gallery and not necessarily have them in alphabetical order
3. I'd like not to have any info about who posted them, the date, etc

If it's not possible to control this through this module, can it be done through customising the Image Galleries module itself?
