This module aims to provide a full implementation of the Gallery project's Gallery Remote Protocol in order to support publishing images using Drupal's Image module.
Features
This module should support publishing images via any of the various clients Gallery itself supports, including:
- Gallery Remote
- Windows XP Publishing Wizard
- iPhotoToGallery
- digiKam (but not version 0.2.0 - see this issue.)
- f-spot (Some versions. Due to evolution in the gallery remote protocol, version 0.5.0.3 and under works; version 0.6.1.5 does not work. See #826966: F-Spot support.)
Status
This module has just been ported to Drupal 6, but more testing would be desirable. Please post any results of testing to the relevant issue. Due to a bug fix in Drupal core, the module should now work properly with the latest stable versions of Drupal 5 and Drupal 6.
Caveats
- Works with the image.module gallery facility, and operates on the taxonomy used by image.module. Does not work with album.module.
