Add check for banner markup before outputting block content

Nivo Slider will currently output an empty slider, including some empty divs, when the slider block is displayed on a page but the no slides are available (for example, when slides are available but all slides are restricted to a path other than the current node's).

A check should be added to ensure that the slider contains at least some content.
