fivestar 5.x-1.5

Extremely important update for all users of Fivestar. It is highly recommended that all users upgrade to this version of Fivestar.

Bug fixes:
- Content type properly set on AJAX return page (http://drupal.org/node/132666)
- IE7 Javascript errors (http://drupal.org/node/110758)
- The above two fixes restore complete functionality to Opera and IE browsers
- CSS clearing added so content following fivestar display doesn't get sucked up onto the same line. (http://drupal.org/node/138255)
- SQL errors corrected when using Fivestar widget in a CCK node form. (http://drupal.org/node/110473)
- Re-enabled ability to cancel vote (http://drupal.org/node/134102)

New features:
- Number of stars is now configurable per content type and per field. Now you can have 1-10 stars! nStar module :)
