I installed and enabled the module.
I cleared the cache.
But when i go to "/admin/config/services"
i can't see admin page of this module.

Is there a dependency library or so ?

Sorry to hear this. It should work without any dependency and without need of flushing caches.

Nobody complained about this before. Still is not working for you?

The full path is admin/config/services/google-plusone
Does is says access denied, or not found?

It is solved when i clear all caches and do a cron job.
