1. /node/add/forum displays list of all forums, including groups to which user is not subscribed (this is mentioned in other bug reports) - link from navigation menu block
  2. /node/add/forum/0 displays list of all forums (as above) - link from /forums
  3. /node/add/forum?gids[]=x displays list of all forums for groups to which the user is subscribed, does not default to current group, though Audience is correctly checked - link from group details block
  4. /node/add/forum/4, /node/add/forum/13, etc. displays list of only forums in groups to which the user is subscribed - current selected forum topic is not even available - link from /forums into any forum topic or category, then "Post new forum topic"
