I navigated to /gallery/sample-gallery through the menus following this path:
/gallery-collections/galleries
/gallery/sample-gallery

I uploaded an image, then got a 404 error:
The requested page "/content/sample-gallery" could not be found.

Why has the path changed from /gallery/sample-gallery to /content/sample-gallery?
Here are the URL aliases:
Default path pattern = content/[node:title]
Pattern for all Gallery paths = gallery/[node:title]

I cleared cache & retested; cannot reproduce error.
