For those who don't like to install context module merely for fetching current user for creating pathes like user/[user:uid]/edit and so on.

I've tried the context option and this option and I still can't get "[current-user:field-first-name]" to work.

Thanks for a patch! However this feature was already implemented- you could use [current-user:uid] token, which already exists. I think we need some more documentation to explain it. So I am creating new issue and closing this one.
