When I go to the mapping form, I see "Name of source field" as the default value in the source of mapping element. This has to be manually removed everytime I want to type something in the textbox. I wish it were using placeholder instead. placeholder is available only for html5 but given most of the administrators/developers use latest browsers, html5 compliancy should not be a problem.

A very simple change in code can help us do that. Have added the patch.
