I am trying to make database records from a feed, but Feed 7.x does not appear to have "Fast Feeds". Has this ability not yet implemented for Feeds 7.x?

Hi,
There is a Feeds Fast News module in feeds-6.x, is there such a module or feature in feeds-7.x?
Feeds Fast News is mentioned in #690754: Upgrade to Drupal 7 - remaining items (#15) but I'm not sure it's implemented. Is it?
