Essentially a duplicate of #1286396: Notice: Undefined property: stdClass::$in_code_only in variable_features_export() (line 158 of path/to/strongarm.module). except that I'm seeing it in the Drupal 6 version and it's on line 159 instead of line 158..

I'll try to get some time to provide a patch tomorrow following the lead of the accepted patch for the D7 version in the referenced issue.
