First of all, thanks for trying the theme out. Made the issue title clearer . This as a bug is subjective ;-)

I have edited my local copy already and added an option to turn off the attribution in the theme settings page. I have seen some bugs as well and there are also other improvements I did and will be doing this weekend. I will commit everything at the same time on Sunday.

Changing the issue to "Postponed"...until Sunday. :-)
