On update manager, the project is flagged as "Project not supported: This project is no longer supported, and is no longer available for download. ".

I try also with beta2 and same happen.

I am aware of this. When you reported the bug in 1.0-beta2, I changed the setting of beta2 to "not supported". When 1.0-beta3 was released, I changed it again to "supported". My guess is that it's just a matter of time that the message on update manager will be gone.

Keeping this open until we see the change in Update Manager, if not, this issue can be moved to the drupal.org webmasters issue queue.

Keeping it open here so others can be aware of this problem. I created an issue in drupal.org infra:
