When I create a teaser layout and choose one of the predefined layouts my content is not centered. If I choose "none" then it's fine.

I assume the problem is that I'm using a theme I created using Artister 3. Any ideas?

You'll have to inspect with either firebug or chrome dev tools. This is a css thing.
