Audit use of git versions in Commons make file, switch to releases where possible

The following projects are included via git versions in the drupal_commons.make file.

We may wish to switch to official releases + patches for some of them.

For many of them (eg user_relationships), the official releases are years behind the dev branches - We should encourage/help these projects to get new releases.
