How can I get the <title> of an image with token in order to create a code field in Display Suite ?

All I can see, is things for exemple like [node:field_images] (from a field "images" I created in a node).

My goal is to show the title of an image as a description or legend of it. I dont know if is that possible or if the idea is stupid because of an easier existing solution...

Well, if there's no token, then it's not available yet. Tokens are provided through the token module, not something that display suite does.
