There seems to be an issue where the default value for the date-time is overriding the input from the time slot selected on the calendar.
Perhaps I have missed something?

The options for the field are "blank", "now" or "relative". I have tried all of them and have had no luck.

Has anyone else experienced this? If so, is there a workaround?

Make sure you don't have a default value set. The person who setup the field I was just working on had a default value and that was causing an issue for me.

Note to others that might be searching for a related issue, be sure that the "Date To" is set to Optional or Required under the global settings. If set to Never it will be an all day event.

I know this is three years old, but I am having a problem with this. I have the date to and from fields set to blank, but when I select a timeslot by going to a specific day in the month calendar view and clicking book now. I click on a time slot on the next screen and then select the date content type. When the form populates the time slot I specified does not show up at all, the date/time fields are totally blank. Is there a way to deal with this? Also Im having trouble finding good documentation on how to use this module can anyone point me to some better docs?

Im not using the dev version so maybe thats the issue.

@trinsic If you're using 6.x, there is no much documentation apart what's described on the project home and here. You may either raise a new ticket if it's a bug or try asking at Drupal Answers.
