There was similar feature request discussed in the past: https://github.com/omega8cc/nginx-for-drupal/issues/136

We will probably make Collectd stats password protected by default, but all the rest (links to other installed panels) and the password itself will be stored in the /root/.barracuda.cnf file, not in any extra/meta admin page.

We don't have APC stats included (yet).

Not sure what you mean by "information summary about system, Aegir, etc" ?

something similar to simple "Home" page with links to all installed services: Webmin, chive, sqlbuddy, cgp, etc. It could be home page on aegir master instance, o just simple plain html page with links and http authentication, like attaches from wampserver 2.0

p.s. anyway, this is just very minor request

It is now protected via valid SSH session, which opens the access for the authorized IP (the check runs every 5 minutes). Also Chive is protected the same way.
