Attached patch adds a checkbox to the cache clearing page to clear everything associated with the host header from akamai_basename. It depends on the ECCU patch.

Resetting to Postponed. I'm not averse to bringing the SOAP interface back to support the ECCU API but it's not my personal priority at this point.
