goto admin/config/content/ckeditor_link, look in fieldset "Nodes".
if you enable "Any content type", all the other content type checkboxes that are available should be disabled (greyed out) by default.
It makes no sense if "Any" is checked, bot the others not.

There is no bug here, only a possible UI improvement: when "Any content type" is selected, other checkboxes are simply ignored but nothing hurts.
I'm turning this into a normal feature request.
