I am getting the flollowing error in the log after each page call. The site uses Pressflow 6.22 set to external caching (with Varnish), and with block cache enabled.

Notice: Use of undefined constant DRUPAL_NO_CACHE - assumed 'DRUPAL_NO_CACHE' in google_plusone_block() (line 337 of ~/public_html/sites/all/modules/google_plusone/google_plusone.module).

This bug was fixed already some weeks ago and you shouldn't have any problem if you update to the latest stable release.
Please re-open if still you have any problem

I'm getting this same error. I also see it in the latest stable release for 6.x-1.1. The last stable release I see is from 2011-Dec-18. I just see dev having been updated later.

Thanks for reporting.
It was reported and fixed already some days ago (in the 6.x-dev branch). It affects only to Google Badge block, not to Google +1 button block.

I pushed the new tag 6.x-1.2 some minutes ago, containing this fix and couple of other bug fixes. But it takes some hours until the package system creates the zip of the new version.
