How can we provide an auto-submit functionality like views form for checkboxes and select lists??

Actually, when we have select lists or checkboxes as searching options, to load the results using ajax , each time a user clicks on a checkbox or selects an item in the list.

same functionality as this example http://www.redletterdays.co.uk/Experience/Driving/All after clicking to location or price filters.

I've added an autosubmit in forms. Not sure how well it'll jive with other settings, but it works.
