Empty fieldgroups are still rendered.

I've upgraded to the latest DS, ND and ND Contributions modules versions and after that I noticed several bad behaviour:
1) Fieldgroups with all empty fields now are showing up - they didn't before upgrading to latest stable version e.g. if there where no filled fields in the group - the whole fieldgroup did not appear.
2) If the node body field is empty - it somehow shows all other node fields in place of the body field which results to duplicate fields showinig up in the "view node" screen. If you enter at least one letter in the body field - everything is ok. - see #1422448: Empty body field results in random field content appearing in its place.

It seams that the betta version worked better then the stable one :)

By installing ds-6.x-2.0-rc1 problem (2) dissapears... Problem 1 still exists. So probably the problem is in DS not the ND module...
