Fix error message for API module

There seems to be a bad error message on the dashboard when an API module is missing. It reads:

"To enable map statistics, enable the Counties API module"

This is also likely to cause confusion because there is a "Countries" module and a "Country Codes API" module, but no "Countries API" module.

That said, it would also probably be best to include a link to the module.
