When viewing all projects/cases, there is an "operations" section that allows one to add cases on the fly - but there is no simple way to similarly add whole new projects.

It's several extra clicks to use the "create content" menu item, go to project, etc... Anyway, it would be nice to link straight from the project page to add new projects.

In general, having a nice/quick (ajaxy?) way to just dump in a huge number of cases/projects and only add the required info without page reloads would be great as well - at least for the initial project setup.

I fully agree wit this. Alternatively, case tracker might have an option in its configuration settings that enables/disables forced project choice when creating a new case. This would be nice for those people who would like to create cases outside projects. All this would be great.

There is always the option to make the 'create case' option only available within a project page and to remove this option from any menu and views outside a project page.

5.x version is obsolete and will not receive any updates, so i'm closing this issue
