In case tracker, there is a "Last Updated" overview field in the summary view - shows the proper mod time.

There is a "Last Modified" field in the individual case view (below "Opened On"), this seems slow* to update... That is, if I update with a comment, the modification time doesn't seem to change on the refreshed webpage right away - but will eventually show the updated time from the comment.

This has an odd effect on emails - as they are sent immediately on changes, the modification dates are all wrong:

The above was modified at around 21:42, not as is stated, at 12:28 (original creation time). Bug? Something wrong with my install? ????

This is an issue that is fixed since the 5.x-1.2-beta1 release.

You should upgrade youre installation to the latest release (5.x-1.2 on this moment) and you're problems should be fixed.
