How to display Tiny MCE buttons in comment form ? [#1428554]

Hi. Tiny MCE/Wysiwyg works excellent when I'm creating a node. But I also want some of the buttons to display in comment form. I have created text format, attribute TinyMCE 3.4.4 to it but it's only available to use when creating a node.

In BUEditor (http://drupal.org/project/bueditor) BBCode buttons in comments are available from start but I want to use just one editor (performance). Thx for any help.

EDIT: for drupal 7 in html.tpl.php <?php print $scripts; ?> MUST be before <body> tag.
